At Trendy Bikini Set, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Style Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Bikini Sets and Bikini Tops unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other swimwear items are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was incorrect or defective

International Returns Note:

For customers outside the U.S., please note that return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or declare a lower value.
